Trailblazers Gear Up for Historic Title Bid as National League Second Leg Kicks Off

Trailblazers Volleyball Club are set to launch their Kenya Volleyball Federation Men’s National League second-leg campaign at the Kasarani Indoor Arena from February 19–22, with eyes firmly on a maiden league crown after a mixed first-leg performance that included a stunning 3–0 win over defending champions GSU.
The ambitious outfit bolstered their ranks by signing Malawian international Griffin Lwazi, joining fellow import Moses Mzumara in a move the team believes will add depth and firepower. “Lwazi’s arrival boosts our title push and strengthens our squad for the tough battles ahead,” said team manager Leshan Julius.
Trailblazers will face Kenya Forest Service in their opener on Friday, followed by a showdown with Eldoret Water on Saturday — crucial clashes as they chase consistency and momentum. Meanwhile, defending champs GSU have also refreshed their roster, with coach Gideo Tarus hailing his new recruits as “the kind of players championship teams need.”
With excitement building and rival squads strengthening too, the second leg promises high-octane volleyball and a thrilling battle for supremacy.
