Plascon named Gor Mahia official paint partner for 2026
Kansai Plascon Kenya has sealed a one-year partnership with Kenyan Premier League giants Gor Mahia, becoming the club’s official paint partner for the 2026 season. The deal was unveiled today in Nairobi during a signing ceremony at the Mövenpick Hotel, bringing together two brands synonymous with excellence and national pride.
The agreement aligns Plascon with Kenya’s most decorated football club, as the company deepens its involvement in sport and community-driven initiatives. Speaking at the event attended by the Gor Mahia squad and technical team, Plascon Kenya managing director Kota Enami said: “Gor Mahia represents passion, resilience and pride. We want to support institutions that inspire communities and reflect the values we stand for.”
Gor Mahia chairman Ambrose Rachier welcomed the deal, noting: “Partnering with a brand known for consistency and quality strengthens our journey as we prepare for the 2026 season.” Club patron Eliud Owalo added that Plascon’s backing would “boost the team on and off the pitch and help nurture future football talent,” urging more corporates to support community clubs.
The partnership marks a fresh chapter as Gor Mahia and Plascon look to grow football’s impact beyond the game.
