Indiana Fever defeat Los Angeles Sparks 87-78

Indiana Fever beat Los Angeles Sparks 87-78 in a WNBA regular-season game on May 13, 2026, at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.[1][2] The victory marked the Fever’s first win of the 2026 season, while the Sparks remained winless.[1][3]

In the first half, with Indiana leading by two points, Sparks forward Cameron Brink, a 6-foot-4 player drafted second overall in the 2024 WNBA Draft, blocked a driving layup attempt by Fever guard Caitlin Clark.[1][2][4] Brink played 19 minutes off the bench, finishing with 11 points, five rebounds and three blocks.[1][3]

Following the block, Brink shouted, “Get that f—ing s— outta here.”[1]

Clark scored 24 points on 9-of-17 shooting with nine assists but received a technical foul at halftime for arguing with a referee while heading to the locker room.[1][3] Teammate Kelsey Mitchell added 23 points.[1]

For the Sparks, guard Kelsey Plum led with 25 points and four assists, while forward Dearica Hamby recorded 16 points and eight rebounds. Forward Nneka Ogwumike and guard Rae Burrell each scored 10 points.[1][3]
