HSBC SVNS Nairobi 2026 Lands Millions Before Nyayo
The HSBC SVNS 2 Nairobi leg has pulled in multi-million shilling sponsorship ahead of its February 14–15, 2026 debut at Nyayo National Stadium, boosting Kenya’s first World Rugby Sevens hosting milestone. Tusker has committed KSh40 million, while Safaricom’s M-PESA is backing the event with KSh10 million and Kenya Power Foundation has added KSh3 million to support operations and logistics.
KRU chief executive Sarah Okatch said the partners are key to the showpiece, noting, “We are delighted to have Tusker on board… to elevate the fan experience.” A Kenya Power Foundation representative added, “Our support… is a testament to our belief in the transformative power of sports.”
